Analisa Kepuasan Komunikasi Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di Hotel Yello Surabaya

Abstract


Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh secara simultan dan secara parsial kepuasan komunikasi organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di Hotel Yello Surabaya, serta mengetahui variabel mana yang paling berpengaruh dominan. Variabel kepuasan komunikasi organisasi dalam penelitian ini terbagi menjadi dua variabel yaitu informational communication dan relational communication. Penelitian ini memiliki populasi total 30 responden karyawan tetap Hotel Yello dengan masa kerja minimal 1 tahun, dengan teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa kepuasan komunikasi organisasi secara simultan dan secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan di Hotel Yello Surabaya. Variabel kepuasan komunikasi organisasi memiliki pengaruh paling dominan terhadap kinerja karyawan di Hotel Yello Surabaya adalah variabel informational communication.

 

The purpose of this study was to determine the partial and simultaneous influence of organizational communication satisfaction on the performance of employees in Yello Hotel Surabaya, and to know which variable is most dominant. This research has populations of 30 Yello Hotel’s permanent workers who have been worked for minimum a year, the analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The research finds that the organizational communication satisfaction simultaneously and partially to the performance of employees in Yello Hotel Surabaya. Variable that has most dominant to the employee’s performance is informational communication.
