ANALISA PENGARUH EMPLOYEE EMPOWERMENT TERHADAP JOB SATISFACTION DI HOTEL WYNDHAM SURABAYA

Abstract


Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah Employee Empowerment berpengaruh atau tidak terhadap Job Satisfaction di Hotel Wyndham Surabaya. Teknik analisa yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisa statistik deskriptif dengan alat penelitian berupa SPSS atau PASW (Predictive Analytics Software). Responden yang diteliti sejumlah 125 merupakan seluruh staff non-manajerial di Hotel Wyndham Surabaya. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Employee Empowerment berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap Job satisfaction di Hotel Wyndham Surabaya

 

The objective of this research is to find out the effects of Employee Empowerment on Job Satisfaction in Wyndham Hotel Surabaya. Analysis technique used in this research is descriptive statistical analysis with research tool in the form of SPSS or known as PASW (Predictive Analytics Software). The respondents are 125 non-managerial staffs at Wyndham Hotel Surabaya. The result of this result proves that Employee Empowerment has a significant and positive impact on Job Satisfaction at Wyndham Hotel Surabaya
