ANALISIS PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN MELALUI KEPUASAN KERJA DI HOTEL ‘X’ DI SURABAYA

Abstract


Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari faktor-faktor lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja di hotel ‘X’ di Surabaya. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian kuantitatif ini adalah Partial Least Square (PLS). Penelitian ini meneliti 70 karyawan yang bekerja di Hotel ‘X’ di Surabaya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja karyawan, serta kepuasan kerja juga memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kepuasan kerja dalam penelitian ini adalah mediasi parsial. Penjelasan lebih lanjut akan dijelaskan dalam pembahasan.
