ANALISIS PERBEDAAN ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR KARYAWAN DILIHAT DARI FAKTOR DEMOGRAFIS DI KAFE EXCELSO SURABAYA

Abstract


Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya perbedaan organizational citizenship behavior dilihat dari faktor demografis karyawan di Kafe Excelso Surabaya. Faktor-faktor demografis dalam penelitian ini antara lain jenis kelamin, tingkat pendidikan, umur, status kepegawaian, status perkawinan, masa kerja, jabatan, dan tingkat gaji. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah accidental sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 111. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisa deskriptif, t-test, dan one way anova. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pada karyawan Kafe Excelso Surabaya dilihat dari faktor demografisnya.

 

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to know if there was a significant difference in OCB as seen from the demographic factors. Demographic factors such as gender, education level, age, employment status, marital status, job tenure, job position, and salary level were examined. The study employed a quantitative research design. The sampling technique was accidental sampling with 111 samples. Data analysis was done by descriptive statistics, t-test, and one way anova. The findings revealed that there was no significant difference in OCB as seen from the demographic factors in Excelso Café Surabaya.
