Perancangan Buku Interaktif Belajar Baca Tulis bagi Orangtua Anak Penderita Disleksia di Kota Surabaya

Abstract


Perancangan media edukasi ini dibuat dengan tujuan membantu proses belajar baca tulis anak penderita Disleksia di kota Surabaya. Perancangan ini perlu dibuat karena tidak banyak media belajar yang tersedia bagi penderita Disleksia meskipun jumlah mereka di Indonesia sudah banyak.

 

Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif, yaitu dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dan metode kepustakaan. Salah satu metode yang tepat bagi penderita Disleksia untuk belajar ialah metode multisensori. Oleh sebab itu, dibuatlah sebuah perancangan media dengan dasar multisensori yang dapat membantu orangtua mengajari anak penderita Dislekisa baca tulis.

 

Perancangan dibuat dengan dasar orangtua sebagai pengajar karena kebutuhan pembelajaran yang panjang dan intens. Selain itu orangtua juga bisa menjadi sosok yang dapat memberikan pembelajaran teknis sekaligus dukungan moral.
